By accessing or using Codalyx services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Codalyx provides on-demand residential proxy infrastructure services. Plans include pay-as-you-go and monthly subscription options covering proxy access, network connectivity, infrastructure management, and support.

3. Account Registration

Account registration with Codalyx is available through our self-serve platform. You must create an account, complete email verification, and accept these terms to begin using our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate laws or regulations
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
• Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or any form of fraudulent activity
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our infrastructure. In the event of service interruption exceeding our SLA, we will provide service credits as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are based on your selected plan. Pay-as-you-go customers are billed monthly for bandwidth used. Subscription customers are billed at the start of each billing cycle. All plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Codalyx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Codalyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Codalyx in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship. Upon termination, your right to use Codalyx services ceases at the end of the current billing period. Any remaining prepaid credits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules.
